At Adriana & Hamish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, manuals, and promotional items (if applicable).
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used skincare products.
Opened or used cosmetics and makeup.
Personal care products.
Gift cards.
Clearance or final sale items.
Any item marked as non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us for assistance.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged.
The incorrect item was shipped.
The product is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
